The Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance (CCHA) is a non-profit organization that supports Canadians with congenital heart defects. Since 2004, the CCHA has provided education and support for pediatric and adult patients, their families, and the greater population.

I Heart Change is a web community devoted to guiding congenital heart defect patients and families transition from pediatric to adult care.
